Are you looking for a round meeting table that not only looks good but also performs well in everyday use? Then the OPTIMA meeting table is the ideal choice: high-quality workmanship, pleasantly understated design—and available in many different versions.

Whether for small team meetings or informal coffee breaks, the four different sizes—with diameters of 800, 1000, 1200, and 1500 mm—create space for two to six people. You choose the size, and we deliver the right stability. Each table size has its own precisely tailored steel frame for maximum stability without any wobbling.

The table can also be perfectly adapted to your interior design: you can choose from several tabletop colors with a robust melamine resin coating that is water-repellent, light-resistant, and easy to clean. A surrounding ABS edge banding provides additional protection against impacts and ensures long-lasting quality in everyday meeting use. The color-coordinated frame variants in black, white, or silver ensure harmonious combinations – or deliberate contrasts.

Assembly is completed in just a few steps: the stable disc base is screwed to the metal column, then the tabletop is attached – we supply the appropriate tools directly with the table. This means your OPTIMA meeting table is ready for use in no time at all.

Delivery is made by parcel service for one item, or by freight forwarding for multiple items, free to the curb on a disposable pallet. For sizes Ø 1500 mm, freight forwarding is always used. You can optionally book a contract service and have your furniture delivered free to the place of use, without a pallet.

Yes – in the greater Zurich area, we offer a professional assembly service for orders with a goods value of CHF 2,500 or more. This means your new office furnishings will be professionally assembled and you won’t have to worry about anything.

If you are interested in our assembly service or would like to check whether your location is within our service area, simply contact us directly via our contact form. We will be happy to advise you personally and prepare a suitable quote.

Can I try out the furniture before purchasing it?

Yes, you can experience many of our furniture items in person, try them out, and see their quality for yourself at one of our showrooms in Mainz, Eching near Munich, or Zurich.

We also offer corporate customers the option of temporary sampling. Please feel free to contact us.

Can I have individual requests (e.g., colors, sizes) taken into account?

What happens if I am unable to accept the goods upon delivery?

If the delivery cannot be accepted and our driver has to make a second trip, additional delivery costs will be incurred. These will be charged to you on a time and material basis, so it is best to ensure that someone is on site to accept the goods.
