How does a project with WeberBÜRO work?
Tell us about your project by phone, e-mail or via the contact form. Your personal advisor clarifies your needs, suggests suitable products and, if required, plans your space in 3D. Once you approve, we take care of ordering, delivery and, on request, assembly.
What do consulting and planning cost?
Nothing. Consulting, quotation and planning are free of charge and without obligation – including the 3D planning of your office space.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
Your quote will be in your inbox within one working day at the latest.
Is assembly included in the price?
No. We always list assembly transparently as a separate item in the quote. That way you can see exactly what furniture, delivery and assembly cost, and decide for yourself whether to use our assembly service.
Can I get samples or see the furniture beforehand?
Yes. We send you fabric and material samples free of charge. Product samples are also available on request. And in our Zurich showroom you can try out chairs and desks – book your appointment online.
Does WeberBÜRO only plan entire offices or individual areas too?
Both. We plan entire floors just as readily as a single meeting room, the reception area or a home office workstation.
What does WeberBÜRO need from me for the planning?
A floor plan to scale, ideally as a PDF or CAD file, plus photos of the rooms and a rough idea of the number of workstations and your budget. Existing furniture that is to stay will be included in the planning.
How can I pay as a business?
By invoice with 30 days payment terms, approved directly during checkout. You can also pay with TWINT, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
What happens if I need service after the purchase?
Report the damage via our damage report form and we take care of spare parts or a replacement. Many products come with a warranty of up to 10 years.
