Can I try out the furniture before purchasing it?

Yes, you can experience many of our furniture items in person, try them out, and see their quality for yourself at one of our showrooms in Mainz, Eching near Munich, or Zurich.

We also offer corporate customers the option of temporary sampling. Please feel free to contact us.

Can I have individual requests (e.g., colors, sizes) taken into account?

What happens if I am unable to accept the goods upon delivery?

Danke auch an WeberBÜRO für die Erstellung des Farbkonzeptes. Wir haben uns für Synergy in Minze, schwarz und hellgrau meliert entschieden. Sieht super zusammen aus. Die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Sitz ist weich gepolstert und trotzdem stabil. Der Pouf rollt einwandfrei auf unserem Teppichboden.

Zuerst mehrere Wochen auf die Ware warten, den Hocker mit 2 kaputten Räder bekommen wegen schlechte Verpackung und wieder mehr als eine Woche warten lassen - ist das einen guten Service?
